Returns and Refunds Policy
As a policy, The Decor Remedy does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. All sales are considered as final sales.
If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e product/articles don’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same. However if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client then we will only be able to give Store Credits (Lifetime Validity).
All pictures uploaded on the website are clicked under natural sunlight and no special lighting effects or editing software’s are used. However, our products are mostly handmade by local artisans in India and slight variation might be there since it’s all handwork. Marble is a natural stone and textures might vary.
We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and see if the furniture you wish to order fits into your desired spaces.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Your refund will be processed in your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item. For COD purchases, the refund will be given as store credit. Please note that the products have to be packaged back in original condition for the refund. We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner free of cost. Refund is only applicable in case original product replacement is not available.
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
It will take 3 working days for us refund you from the day we have received the product back.
